I found the staff very helpful and cute. The location is convenient. Many tourist spots are easily accessible (i especially liked exploring the nearby markets). The hotel is neat, clean, and suited well for families.

The swimming pool area could benefit from improvements. There is a need for more loungers, especially for adults to relax comfortably. I think this change would enhance the overall experience.

i appreciated the two swimming pools. one was shaded, while the other was sunny. this offered a nice choice depending on my preference at any given time. the hotel also has two entrances, one quiet and the other on soi buakhao. i found the breakfast to be adequate and the staff generally friendly.

the staff provided efficient assistance when needed, and bottled water was consistently supplied to my room. the maid service was also very effective, as i noticed my room was cleaned to a high standard each day. i found this to be quite satisfactory.

The location was really good. All staff members showed a positive attitude. The room was quite spacious. I had great wifi access (always a plus!).

The room included a large desk area! it also had a big balcony. the internet was fast and reliable. i appreciated the bar downstairs. It was well serviced by street food vendors. This was a fantastic way to eat.

The room was not very clean, i found hair in the shower upon arrival. the toilet seat lid was broken. It could not be used. the bedsheets and pillow had stains on them.

Our room was large, and the bed, it reminded me of a loving embrace, perfect for lazy mornings. the location, it was just steps away from vibrant spots, everything was within reach. i loved the pool. It was clean with a shady spot, and always felt so refreshing. they were very kind and always ready to help.

the air condition was not strong, i felt a light discomfort.
